Welcome Reception

Welcome to Lap-Chee College and we hope you are settling well in the College! The Lap-Chee College Welcome Reception will be held coming Friday at the College Hall. The details are as below:
Date: Friday, 9 September 2016
Time: 7:00pm (Registration starts at 6:30pm)
Venue: College Hall, HKU Jockey Club Student Village III
Dress Code: Cocktail
This is a formal and compulsory event in Lap-Chee College, students who will be absent, late or need to leave early should write to lapcheecollege@hku.hk with valid proof, and also inform your floor tutor. Latecomers after 7:15pm will be considered as absent without prior approval.
Please bring along your student card for registration. In order to relieve rush-hour crowds at the elevators and the registration line, please take the stairs to podium and arrive at 6:30 pm.
Light buffet including vegetarian dishes will be available. Students who must only eat Halal food, please let us know by completing this form: https://goo.gl/forms/g5wx2mFHGr4KmIp52. We shall keep this record to facilitate the preparation of Halal food in coming College High Tables and Special Functions.
