Lap-Chee CrossFit Team is one of the member of the Lap-Chee college sports community, which was established on 2016. CrossFit is a kind of sport that includes constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All workouts are based on functional movements including gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We aims to help the residents of Lap-Chee collage to improve their fitness and health.
We provide basic equipment for CrossFit training, e.g. yoga mats, jumping ropes and resistance bands. We have twice meeting per week and each lasts for one hour. The workouts are designed for all levels. Everyone is welcome!
