A One-day retreat programme for students in Jockey Club Student Village III.  The purpose of this retreat workshop is to enable students to:

ž   Enhance spiritual wellness with a secular tone

ž   Understand and response to one’s spiritual needs and engage in self-retrospection

ž   Cultivate a sense of tranquility and peacefulness
